By creating a DirectPro account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
DirectPro provides lead capture and SMS notification services for small business owners. The service forwards and parses incoming lead communications and delivers formatted alerts to your registered phone number.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You may not use DirectPro to collect, process, or transmit data in ways that violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, or violate the terms of any SMS carrier or email service. You are responsible for compliance with applicable spam and telemarketing laws.
Limitation of Liability
DirectPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
