Data Isolation
Each account operates in its own isolated environment. Your leads and business data are never accessible to other DirectPro customers. We implement row-level security at the database level to enforce this guarantee.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible through the end of your billing period and is permanently deleted within 30 days thereafter.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to deliver SMS notifications (Twilio) and process payments (Stripe). These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
